We are black owned Christian family who strive to please our customers making sure you get every credit that is owed to you. Severely overcharged. Never received payment. I was charged a ridiculous fee for protection, but when I needed protection none was available! Do not use this service.
SCAM!!..do not go to this lady. Never received my State refund and emailed her multiple times and no reply. I called all the numbers i had and left a voicemail for someone to call me back but of course never did. I ended up having to file a report with the IRS and having to file a police report. Then she had the audacity to text me to do my taxes for 2024.
Sorry to say, we had an incredibly awful experience. We were charged a ton of money, our refund was thousands less than we were quoted and we now have to have our taxes amended by someone else!!!
