She is really good at what she does. I was dealing with damaged hair loss and she was still able to give me box braids. One of the best braiders I've encountered.

Poor communication was my experience. Braider push original appointment back, and didn’t hold to appointment time when she requested the rescheduled time. Had to find another braider last minute as she couldn’t accommodate.
