We had an outstanding experience working with Cecil and the Blessed Electrical Service Team (aka BEST)! We hired BEST for a major duplex modernization project in Renton, and they exceeded expectations at every turn. Mixed experience. I was charged a $99 dispatch fee plus a $110/hour diagnostic fee, which I understand is standard for the area. However, the technician spent about 15 minutes of the hour searching the garage on a personal call discussing a friend's wedding plans instead of focusing on the issue. Despite being in my garage and around the house for an hour, he couldn't find the tripped GFCI. Had an outlet in the kitchen go bad. They responded promptly, took care of the problem quickly and efficiently, and while they were there, I also asked them to repair an exterior light fixture that has been giving me problems for sometime. That was also dealt with quickly and efficiently.
