I had a poor experience this week with Blessed Electric & Air. I called in to have an EV charging outlet they installed previously looked at, as the outlet was overheating. I was told the call would be no-charge. At no point before, during, or after the call was I informed that there would be a charge. At the end of the appointment, the tech informed me that there was a loose connection to my home’s power that they tightened up. The service is top tier. Sonya made getting the appointments and coordination easy. Jeff was awesome when he came out to give an estimate. Jacob and Chance were phenomenal at getting the job done.
