I had a disappointing experience with Brooke's Loc Styles due to a lack of transparency and professionalism. There was a significant miscommunication about the services, leading to wasted time with no effort to address my needs. Brooke's business practices were unacceptable, showing no consideration for my circumstances. Brooke is such a gem. I found her while searching for someone that could do loc repairs without adding extra hair and I’m so glad that I found her. She was a vibe the entire session and I’m so pleased with the quality of her work. Highly recommend
