Hairdresser had a bad attitude and argued with me when I ask what would be the next process as I was new to getting my hair done in another country and the way she was doing it was not familiar. Said she didn't have to tell me nothing and I was to sit and let her do her job. Would not recommend this salon. She was also late for the appointment. I didn't let her her finish after drying I paid and left as she was being rough and angry in my hair.

Irlene is the best. Always on time and professional. Her work is excellent. Won't let anyone else touch my hair.

If I could zero stars I would. If you want to save your money and time don't bother coming here and getting your hair done by JULIETTE. She did my knotless braids and completely ruined my hair. The parting is uneven and she can't even do a straight middle part to save her life. I spoke to Juliette about it and she said she doesn't do refunds nor will she be redoing my hair and she now blocked my number.
