after being a customer for a year since moving to town a year ago there was wild accusations made today! this is my favorite hair store and i’m highly disappointed. apparently when i came to get some afro kinky hair and faux locs i paid for it all with cash and left. was told to have a blessed day and i said the same. today i came in weeks later after using the hair and was showed a picture of the transaction on a a phone screen of which i assume was the owners. she explained that she gave me an extra $100? which i most defi... read more

Called on Friday to schedule Senegalese twists for Saturday and when I came in, the woman (who the other stylists call “grandma”) was upset that she had to do my hair. She said Senegalese twists are hard to do and she doesn’t feel like doing them. I guess she wasn’t told that’s the style I wanted even though I called ahead. I offered to leave since she doesn’t want to do it and her coworkers jumped in saying “no no no she’ll do it and it’ll look nice”. Yeah ok.
