Very organized and nice people for kids and grownups.
I would like to bring to your attention the fact that as we have been loyal customers every 3 months since November 15, 2024, and brung in other customers, it’s not ok that a lack of communication is very prevalent. Pricing should not be communicated over the phone (given one price) and then changed once in store or when something has consistently happened whether by mistake or not it cannot then be changed on the spot based on how that person feels like running the shop that day (Karina or Ms.Anne).
