I have to agree with John H. It seems like it didn't help for people giving their opinions because the other day, Feb. 19, 2014, I was at Bless Your Heart Boutique & did not feel welcomed at all. When I walked in, not a 'hell-o', not even a glance that I even was there. Oh, the employers were chatting among themselves, for sure. I felt like they did not want me there. I have vistited Bless Your Heart 3 times. I have to be honest they do not rate very high in customer service. Staff was rude. I did notice they did not treat all customers the same way. I was in line like all the rest and not once did I receive a hello. I asked if I could return the shoes I was buying, just in case the birthday girl didn't like or want them. love this cute shop now in Alamo Hts! – Loving this cute shop! They have great gifts, clothes, & shoes at great prices. Not sure what the previous reviewer is talking about with the staff- I have always been greeted with a friendly hello & and they are always really helpful. "Like" the store on Facebook or sign up on their email list & you will get coupons & notices for special events all the time.
The staff was rude and unaccommodating!!!!!!! – Upon attempting to return two items that were damaged, earrings were broken before I even put the on, and necklace fell apart in the middle of dinner... I was told , "all jewelry sales are final. "WHen I asked even if they are damaged, I got them less than a week ago...the store clerk reluctantly gave me store credit and reminded me that,"we dont return any jewelry, esp. not the inexpensive costume jewelry." SuPeR cUtE!! – Bless Your Heart is by far the cutest boutique I have ever been to! They have so much stuff and its all fabulous! Purses, candles, jewelry, clothes, and shoes are all of a girls favorite things and they have it ALL! The girls that work all Bless Your Heart are all super nice and very helpful! Not only do they greet you when you walk in they also ask throughout if you need help with anything. I love taking my friends from out of town to shop at Bless Your Heart!

THE FAB BYH! – Bless Your Heart Giftique is the cutest store I have ever walked into! There are so many great things about this little shop. Bless Your Heart's addicting! :) – I cannot get enough of Bless Your Heart! I have been shopping there since the original shop in Bracken Village first opened in 2000. Both the Bracken shop and the new Sunset Ridge store are insanely fabulous. Everytime I shop at BYH I find something super cute and the employees go out of their way to help me put together the perfect gift or outfit that I came to shop for. They have the best jewelery and dresses and the prices are awesome!! I can't get enough of this store!
