Oh my word! The ladies at the Bracken store are so RUDE! I guess customer service is NOT important to them. The staff in AH are way more accommodating and kind.
I love it! I love the groupons and sales. I can always find the perfect gift there. And I claim it as my own. Everyone who knows me, knows that when they ask me where I got this new blouse or bracelet, etc., and I say, " At my store", they know I'm referring to Bless My Heart.
