Not happy with final result. Plus owner mislead me. Not recommended.
I had a great experience with Benu! I was able to schedule a same-week carpet cleaning for 5 rooms and a set of carpeted stairs, which was incredibly convenient. Benu was reliable, efficient, and provided fantastic customer service from start to finish. He even went above and beyond by offering to clean our ottoman and a mat at no extra charge. Highly recommend his services - professional, thorough, and genuinely cares about doing a great job!
Easy booking. Very polite. Carpets, lounge & rugs were cleaned around midday & mostly dry that night.

I had an urgent cleaning job, last minute, on a Friday afternoon (kids ) and I am so so grateful Benu said he could help! I didn't realise he had already cleaned and packed up his equipment for the day and would need to do it over again after my job. He was so kind and compassionate that this was not an issue and he was happy to help out a family in the local neighbourhood.
