I have never experienced such unprofessionalism before. I walked in with a reference photo (of a hairstyle on my head) and the braider stated that she could replicate it. I also needed to wash my hair which she agreed to do for an additional fee. Everything was going well up until she started braiding my hair. While she was braiding, I noticed that a braid that she had just completed wasn’t the correct size so I asked her to redo it while referring to the photo. I hate to do this to a Black owned business but they did me dirty! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT BRAIDS TO LAST LONGER THAN A WEEK! I got Senegalese twists on a Monday for vacation. I went to Jamaica on Saturday and a twist fell out on the first day of my trip. They continued to fall out or slide down from the root every day. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR HAIR TO FALL OUT!!!! I’ve been going for a while now and did 2 different styles 2 months apart my first experience of hair falling out it was a month down the line so i didn’t think much of it. but this time!!!!
