Bought a $49 hair clip just for it to break 4 hours later. Called back to ask for a return and refund since a new clip will just break again. They said they only do store credit. Horrible customer service and bad quality product at high price. Would not recommend.
Highway robbery here. The jewelry is not only Overpriced for quality, but beware the clasps come loose. We bought multiple pieces and everyone’s jewelry come undone. Mine fell off never to be found again and they refused to sort out after we spent $700 in store. Buyer beware!
Very unique Shoppe, amazing jewelry. My experience was excellent.
Was just there with my mother. We purchased a ring. While Olga was so sweet, personable, and a great sales lady she failed to inform us of the credit card fee and charged us 26$ more then shown for the actual ring. This was seemingly unintentional on her part we just wanted to constructively point this out.
You can even tell in the photographs that some of the designer goods are fake. Owner got arrested. I saw it on tv. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
