John and crew came last week to sand and stain my floor. There were too many mistakes and they had to redo the floor. It was still done poorly and had too many bubbles and the polyurethane wasn’t spread evenly so I had clumps. John came again 3 rd time today and was annoyed that I wasn’t happy with the floor and started raising his voice and being disrespectful. If I could give zero stars I would. RUN! I repeat, RUN away from this company as fast as you can. I would pay twice as much just to have our old floors back before his crew touched them. Horrible communication, and he doesn't care about you or your floors.
MISSING ITEMS and Security Camera CAUGHT WORKER GOING THROUGH POSSESSIONS! We hired John Blessing Flooring to install new flooring and redo our floors. NEVER EVER AGAIN! The first attempt by his workers resulted in over 100 blotches in the floor (see photos). We demanded his return and his crews came back and redid the floors, but this time areas were missed and in other areas the polyurethane was not spread out and it dried to clumps. I live in the apartment above where this company started working today at 8:45 am. Apparently it never occurred to them that somebody could be sleeping. And it just so happens I have an important meeting today.The noise is very loud. I asked them why they couldn't start later. They said they have other work they have to do later. It is amazing how inconsiderate this company is. What's worse is after they finished varnishing the floor, several hours later, they failed to allow for ventilation. John has been amazing through this entire process. He kept his consultation appointment with me and has always been on time. He even allowed me to keep the samples for a few days so I could consult with my family. His team started work literally three days later. They did a great job and respectfully answered all of my questions. John is very responsive via text & email and keeps you posted on the work's progress however you choose to communicate.
