Booked and paid for an appointment for my husband. When he arrived to the address listed on the website there was only an empty lease space. Looked at the confirmation email which had another address and tried to reach out to the number provided to let her know he was on the way to the other address and was given what seemed to be an automated text response that she was with a client and how could she help which was odd because why is she with a client if the two hour time slot we prepaid for if we weren’t there yet? booked a massage through classpass and immediately texted the number to confirm my appointment time. over the span of 5 hours, i left 2 voicemails, texted 3 times, and to no one’s surprise, no one was there for my appointment. take your business off of classpass if you can’t handle appointments coming in, as it seems this has happened to other people. so rude and unprofessional.
Lindsey is an amazing with her hands and knowledge of the body. She is positive and kind with her words and touch. My body is responding positively with her touch and firmness of her hands. I highly recommend her service to the community.
Lindsey is great - the massages are very relaxing and pressure is deep. She targets your knots and tension. Would highly recommend!
Loved my experience with the Aura Cleansing Massage and Cool Mint Facial. The location is serene and cozy. I loved the massage and facial and will definitely be returning. Had the chance to return a couple of years later and enjoyed another epic massage and facial. Lindsey is professional, kind, and intuitive!
