Truly regrettable experience. I made the mistake of confiding with Bleranda about what our building's finances were at the time. I was elected as an HOA Board member so as soon as our management company provided this information to us ,I passed it on to Bleranda so that she might help us come up with a proactive plan and if the buyer's team should discover this she wouldn't be blindsided.
