Awful service. Never seen on time despite having an early appointment so I am their first patient of the day. My blood test today was rushed despite the phlebotomist Rukshar Zabhier arriving 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. No acknowledgment for being late which is rude and unprofessional. My arm is still bleeding which shows the level of negligence - see photo below.
No words to write any review can’t say much about doctors because hard to get to see one. But I must say responist are most unprofessional especially the lady call cristina don’t know how to talk to people or how to deal with people professionally. Keep talking over you and just don’t want to hear anything what you got to say. Don’t know what they think of themselves when working at reception. I think all them need to go on some people skills course where they can learn how to deal with people right way
one of the worst surgery ever hardly you can have a appointment you can’t do over the phone only online so you have to be in the queue at 8 o'clock in the morning after you see there is no appointment available if you get lucky to have one than you see the doctor and very rude you can’t even get bit of time to explain your symptoms specially the doctors are very rude avoid this surgery
Unhelpful staff me and my 4 children have never seen a doctor in this surgery... told nhs England to shut it down its no help to anyone looking for a decent surgery attempt moment
