I had Braden VanDewiel as my sales person. I was looking for a used Jeep no more than two years old. He worked with me to find the perfect car (a 2024 Jeep Compass with very low mileage). Called last week to book our van in, told them the problems and that new shocks were needed in our trunk when I called. I bring it in on Tuesday (from 10am to 4pm) like I was told and they still have to order the parts and told me unless I leave it overnight (while they are closed) they can’t get the parts until next week. Why weren’t the parts ordered when I called and told you what was wrong with the trunk?
