Calmly rude and scamming. Bought a car from Ian who is a senior scammer. I bought a Mercedes Benz E class that from the first day leaked coolant clearly . Spoke to him about this problem and he denied it and said bring back the car. He kept the car until the 30 day mark had past and said i got video evidence that there is no leak on the car but the leak is still there and the car was sold with a nearly detached rear sub frame . Bought a car in December from them, they were so thorough, great communication, really helpful as not local so kept in touch a lot by phone, they went above and beyond to sort things out and I never felt like I was asking for too much. Very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. I haven't had any issues yet.
Really amazing service. I got my dream car in perfect condition. Answered all my questions and had the car ready for me when I needed it! Will definitely come back when an upgrade is needed! Would highly recommend.
