Do not get your haircut by Shamil. I paid $35 for his service, and not only did he cut my longest loc out of my head, he said he would give a half-refund and then CHANGED HIS MIND and then REFUSED to give me a refund. He also called my phone afterwards speaking disrespectfully. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would avoid getting a haircut from here at all costs, ESPECIALLY if you have locs!
