just got my haircut by Dre. showed him a picture and he got right to work and did exactly how i wanted it. came out looking perfect. Will be going to him again and definitely would suggest anyone else out in kalamazoo to go to him.
I had an appointment scheduled at this salon, and not only was it canceled without any notice, but I also received no refund. I showed up few minutes (10min) late expecting a service I paid for or at the minimum a refund, only to find the the owner telling me they cancel my appointment . No call, no email, nothing. When I tried to contact them, I was completely meet with negative feedback and customer support. This is incredibly unprofessional. Dre and China don’t play, next level hair cuts. As long as Dre is cutting he’s the only one who will touch my hair. Luckily he’s 15 minutes away but I would drive an hour!
