"She will get to you when she gets to you". These are the last words of the secretary who thought it was appropriate and professional, to say to people who paid for counseling services. The owner of this building has retired, and it seems like, so did their manners and courtesy. An apology or even an apology from the counselor for being late to yesterdays meeting ( that was rescheduled by the secretary) could have been appropriate and at the very least civil. I do not recommend this location.
