I tried Blend Massage after one of my gym buddies, Rebecca :) recommended Josey to me. I had been dealing with a stubborn hamstring pull for over a year and nothing seemed to help. Josey did an amazing job with Deep Tissue Massage and Cupping. Josey's energy, passion and love for what she does, is so evident. After just 2 visits with Josey, I have very minimal pain in my hamstring. This young lady is a God send. Thank you Josey!!

Josey is very skilled and knowledgeable with massaging! I appreciate her nursing background too and expertise in how to best help me! Her deep tissue massages are the best! Go see her!
My massage was so needed! I carry so much tension in my neck and shoulders and Josey was able to release that pain and tension with deep tissue massage, cupping and hot stones. Finally my shoulders don’t feel like they’re up at my ears anymore 🥴 Already scheduled my next appointment and plan to keep up with this regularly. Thank you thank you thank you!!
