***Update***They reached out and apologized and made it right… I purchased a tray online that was on clearance or sale. Shipping was expensive because it was an odd size and I agreed to it. I received the tray and it was scuffed and scratched and not new. I reached out to the company. It never was described as scratch and dent so I had no idea it was damaged. They would not refund unless I mailed it back and shipping was $50. I had to suck up to the $90. Tray was on sale for around $40 plus the shipping of $50. Just very dis... read more
My daughter moved to JAX 4 years ago. She texted me shortly after telling me about Blend Indoor. When visiting her, she brought me to the store. Since then I have always visited the store and ordered online. The staff is extremely pleasant, helpful and courteous. They take great care in finding the perfect item for you. The store is ever changing according to the seasons and items that they have. If you haven’t had the opportunity to visit, you need to make time. This store is a jewel!
A special selection of products that beautify any home. The lacquered trays were elegant and sturdy. Customer service with Tracy was excellent!
