What a fabulous bookclub night of learning, sharing and tasting with friends...via zoom....Chef Erica was knowledgeable, informative, entertaining, encouraging and patient with all of us as we macerated our berries, whipped our cream and swirled out our crepes! Looking forward to doing this again, hopefully in person, with her. Thanks for all the tips and tricks along with a new favourite recipe for my repertoire! Cheers to more great experiences together.
