What a fabulous bookclub night of learning, sharing and tasting with friends...via zoom....Chef Erica was knowledgeable, informative, entertaining, encouraging and patient with all of us as we macerated our berries, whipped our cream and swirled out our crepes! We had the pleasure of joining Erica’s virtual cooking class last evening - “best of Spain”. Such a fun, very informative class! We learned so many cooking/meal prep tips that we will use going forward. The instructions were super easy to follow! We loved the bonus drink recipe and Spotify playlist to listen that matches the themed for the night!
