I had high hopes for my scalp spa experience in Iowa, however this fell far from the head spa experiences I have had in the past. The spa itself is nothing more than a bunch of regular wash bowls and chairs, my back hurt from sitting in the chair for an hour, you put your belongings in open bins with no locks, the spa instructions were laminated the door? Avri did an amazing job. She listened so carefully to what I needed, gave really helpful suggestions, and did a fantastic job in my haircut. The salon bright, cheerful, and very pretty which adds to the overall experience.
I had a wonderful experience. Emma was fantastic she was kind and sweet towards me. I came in feeling very sad after losing my grandmother, and she was kind and sincere towards my situation. She made me feel better and took care of my hair. There are not enough words that I can say about Emma. The salon itself is very nice and clean. It was a great experience overall. Thank you Emma ❤️
