Terrible insurance agency with poor customer service. The owner was rude, unhelpful, and did not do his job
We’ve been working with Bob and his team at Bleiler Insurance for years, and the experience has always been outstanding. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and truly take the time to make sure everything is handled the right way. It’s clear they care about their clients and go above and beyond to provide excellent service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy insurance team.
I agree with everyone else's assessment. It starts off really well down here with these people and then it just goes downhill and things slip through the cracks.
Best people to buy insurance from honest people good people and give honest quotes
DO NOT USE TRUST THESE GUYS: While the agent who helped me was very kind, polite, and INITIALLY very helpful with giving me a good quote for auto insurance, that was the only good think that came out of using these guys. I was grossly misquote of which I was informed a month after the fact and again 2 months after the fact for a different misquote these people did.
