These people are horrible and did not do what was agreed to. They then commingled funds from one project to another and used the entire "deposit" to do what they were specifically told not to do. Now, after writing a bad review they seem to be able to just remove it.
This firm deserves a zero in my book. They did not even pretend to do what was asked of them and I asked why, they got nasty and defensive. They admitted outright they didn't do what was asked and agreed to. Rather, they did what they wanted, then commingled funds from one issue to the other and did so without permission. When asked why, they became defiant and refused to make it right. They could have still done what they were paid for but refused because they wasted the time and money doing what THEY wanted to do.
