I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Bledsoe’s Automotive Services. I was charged storage fees for days the business was closed and I had no opportunity to retrieve my vehicle. Missouri law is very clear on this issue. Under Missouri Revised Statutes § 304.154(1)(3), a towing company “shall not assess any storage fee on a day which the towing company is not open for business during such regular business hours.” The law also requires towing companies to be open or available for at least ten hours per day, Monday... read more
