Equipment not maintained. The equipment I was looking at was not running. Several years ago Bledsoe was a great place to rent equipment. It’s not anymore. The office help was okay but not great. The office building was a total wreck. It needs a good cleaning and organizing Outdoor property was disorganized and filthy. The employees outside couldn’t answer the simplest questions about their equipment.
Horrible place to conduct business. These guys are condescending and rude. They will charge you for walking thru their doors and won't even bat an eye. You are better off going somewhere where people are POLITE & Fair
The best rental spot in KC, great management great workers, fair prices and flexible when shit hits the fan. Always brightens my day to see the crew and front desk people here. Highly recommend it deserves 10 stars
You would think , I would have learned before they let me down 3 times! I have called every time to be sure their concrete trailers were working. This is the third and last time I will drive to find a new reason concrete is not available! No more Olathe Bledsoe for anything!!
Worst place to rent anything! We rented a concrete breaker bar for a skid loader that leaked hydronic fluid as soon as we started using it. Of course it didn’t work. We couldn’t take it back til the end of day due to being on the job and they still charged us $105. This is not the first time we have rented equipment that didn’t work from this location.
