Staff was talking on the phone while trying to assist me. Staff always has an attitude! Definitely disappointed
some staff is very helpful and nice and some other staff members are very rude and treats you as if you’re dumb. went to go get my child’s birth certificate 20 mins before they closed and was told it was “too late in the afternoon” so you might as well not go after 4:30 if you actually want to be able to do what you got to do.
The employees at this particular health department today were very slow, unprofessional, and poorly trained. I attempted to retrieve a vital record, something that usually only takes minutes in previous experiences. It was so complicated today and ultimately a failure on their part. Our first visit this morning when it opened, no one in the waiting room, two employees say they aren't qualified, come back at lunch when "the Person who does it" will be here.
