Bleck Engineering is the absolute worst surveying company I’ve ever dealt with as a real estate professional. They do not answer phone calls, do not return messages, and failed to follow through on projects they agreed to complete. They are unreliable, and should be avoided at all cost. This has been my experience, unfortunately, in multiple attempts to work with them.

Michael Bleck and his team are a great group of people and I would highly recommend them for any project. Large or small they are a very detail oriented group! 5 stars any day!

We had a great experience with Michael Bleck, we were in very tough situation getting a permit from village of Riverwoods. Mike made it super easy, I would highly recommend their services.

We used Bleck for a septic field plan. After, we were told by several people (not competitors, but people who work in the same industry) that the plans were over-engineered. We paid at least 1K more than we would have paid with other companies. Then, we ask for a copy of the plans. We were not told there is a charge. A month later we receive a bill for $90.00. I do not recommend this company for this type of service.
