I waited two weeks for an initial consultation that was first scheduled for 10:30 a.m. and then moved by the office to 2:30 p.m. a day before. When I called to follow up, I was told there was no appointment booked for me at all. Disorganized, careless, and a total waste of my time. What pushed this from frustrating to outrageous was Elizabeth’s behavior on the phone.
