While at the York Galleria location I was appalled at how the employees dealt with someone with disabilities. This person wanted to say hi to an employee. He asked her what her name was, she refused to tell him. She then ran off to the back to hide from him like he was a serial killer while her co-workers watched like they were going to jump on him if needed. This man is one of the sweetest people I know. So the only way to write a review is to rate by stars. Customer service.. always great.. selection.. ok. Price. I thought pretty good. That was until I learned that they are price gouging their inventory. Madden’18 figures, regular price $30. Compared to target $19.99, little high but whatever. in these figures are variants that are limited edition. They don’t pay anymore for these figures, as a retailer, they shouldn’t even care. Best Sports store in the area! Always have great deals through out the year and all employees are always friendly. Only thing I could possible think to change would be to bring in soccer fan gear. But Bleacher Bums is always a 5/5 for me.
Every time I am in the store I haven't had anything but excellent customer service. Even the owners have gone out of their way to make sure that you leave with a positive feeling.

Terrible customer service. The general manager was beyond rude to me in the way he spoke and the employees were not friendly and very rude. They continued to have private conversations while I was waiting for help. I refuse to go back.
