I had the nicest experience here with Kira; she was so kind and friendly and from consultation to colour and cut was amazing! I loved the end result and she made me feel so comfy, I felt like I’d been catching up with a friend during my time at bleach! Super skilled and gorgeous colours, would definitely recommend.
One of the rudest salon I’ve ever come across, not sure if it was racially motivated or just pure lack of respect and rudeness. Walked in the salon with no acknowledgment was ignored by the only 2 stylists on the quiet shop floor with one standing just inches away from me. I only wanted a patch test and was told it was a long wait (the salon was practically empty) i waited a while and asked how much longer it would take but was told it could be up to 30 mins for a patch test. Best colour correction in London! Louis gave me the Platinum Blonde bob of my dreams in one session. Fixed previous hairdresser blunders and old box dye, and my hair is still soft and healthy. So happy, can't recommend enough.
