WOW, where do I even begin? Bleach Salon is truly in a league of its own. I've been going to Krista since I was 16, and now, at 26, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. I really liked Dani and was sad to hear she’s no longer with the salon—but the way it was communicated to me when I showed up for my scheduled appointment was incredibly unprofessional and cold. The stylist who greeted me seemed visibly inconvenienced that I even walked through the door. There was no warmth, no hospitality, no offer to rebook or help me with another stylist—just passive blame-shifting, saying “Dani should’ve reached out.” No. Bleach Salon should’ve reached out.
