You can email them in the nicest way possible telling them the building has ROACHES, MICE, water leaks & they then have an attitude with you & never truly fix the problem. They’re truly horrible! Genuinely terrible people work there

NO GAS to cook. No stove, no oven. We’ve been without gas for over two Months. They don’t give a damn but i bet if their home was without gas, they’d be livid. Since it’s not happening to them personally, they’d could care less. Karma will get these “people”

I live in the East Village building. I have to say, this has been one of the best management groups and live in supers I’ve ever had. They are quick to fix whatever you need, communicate with you and solve any issue you have. I don’t understand the reviews, I’ve been here two years and would rent longer and with any other building they manage. Iris is a main contact and has been incredibly helpful on a few occasions. Grateful to live where I feel connected and considered… esp in New York City.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve only lived here for five months, and in that short time I’ve already dealt with more issues than most people face in years, repeated flooding, a severe roach problem, broken appliances, constant miscommunication, and a management team that requires endless chasing just to get even the most basic things done.
