Waxing in general is not pleasant. But for my first time at this establishment, I have to give major kudos to my wax specialist, Michai. I am hairy. Super hairy. I have been getting wax treatments for a while. It's not my first time at this rodeo. But this was my first time here. Came in as a new client for a wax and decided to come back before I event entered the studio. The vibe Michai has curated in her space is so safe and comfortable and her personality and character match that energy and then some. Michai clearly knows her stuff about skin care and various skin types and skin needs, which separates her from other places that treat you more like a factory part and push you in and out the door.
