Jane & Joe We did an extensive renovation of our older home. Bill was referred to us by a friend. From the start we could tell Bill knew what he was doing. He gave us great ideas about the rooms we originally planned to work on as well as for other rooms that we decided to work on after he gave us his advice. We came to Bill with a laundry list of things we needed changed or updated in our house, and he helped us put together a whole vision. He didn’t just check off the list, he made sure the whole house made sense and looked beautiful at the end. He provided things we didn’t know to ask for that brought the whole house together and looking great. He was easy to contact and kept us updated, and we had no unreasonable delays during the project.

Bill was great to work with. He was very flexible and easy to work with despite some of the changes we made during our house remodel. The finished kitchen, office, living room and home gym turned out beautiful. Would highly recommend!

We used BLC Custom homes for a fairly extensive and challenging remodel at our lakefront home on Bass Lake. It wasn't easy with major rock outcroppings, a steep hill and limited access for equipment. We were adding about 500 square feet of new living space, a large waterproof deck above the living space and two additional lower decks.
