I took my car in early and they had it for several days without even looking at it. I was never given an update and had to call in and was lied to that my car would be seen that day or the next. Also as someone else said whomever answers the phone has a nasty attitude. This place is not as great as it was a few years ago, not sure if management changed but please do better.

Customer service desk and Car technicians do not communicate well. Meaning work order completion time. Updating the customer of when parts arrive and even accounting for non available car technician to complete work. Over 4 separate occasions I had to wait to be put in rotation just to tighten bolts on work that was completed by their technicians. Brand new catalyst converter has strip bolts. Excellent place to have your car repaired. Very professional and courteous. I would recommend them to whoever needs repairs done to their vehicle.
