I bought my Grid Iron in the Fall of '22. It's very easy to operate and does a fantastic job of grilling. Temperature control is spot on and holds on target. Most impressive is the service. I controller card went out in '23, and they sent a new card immediately. Last weekend, I fired the grill up and found that it would go right up to the temp that was set, but then bled off to hold at 214 degrees.
