For my purposes, Blazing Saddle is the best bike shop in Cleveland. Travis and James know their stuff and have been a wealth of information and incredibly supportive of any project I've brought through their door. From maintenance and repairs to general retail and countless inane questions about my next purchase(s) they are fast, reliable, and always my first stop.
Guys are faster than Jimmy Johns!! I walked my bike in, blinked, and they were handing it back. Affordable pricing. Definitely will be coming back.
