A tree fell on the house and put a hole in the ceiling on a Friday night. Ryan responded quickly that night. He deals with insurance companies alot and knows what they need, how to talk with them and how to walk you through a crisis. From the very beginning Ryan was professional and prompt, I consulted him about a few trees I was concerned about and he only took down ones that were dangerous. He had a good respect for leaving trees alone that weren't going to be an issue, which was important to me. In a day's time he and his crew felled 2 big oaks and cut many more dead branches from surrounding trees. It was an art to be sure and really exciting to watch! Ryan saved me thousands of dollars! . He was honest, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything without trying to pressure me into unnecessary work. I had another company tell me the tree was rotted and needed to be removed, but Ryan carefully inspected it, explained that it appeared healthy, and that the damage was most likely caused by the recent 80 mph windstorm (i live out of town).
