Donnie and the team were so amazing for our September 2024 wedding. From day one!!! I called Donnie with an idea for a food truck for our cocktail hour and he blew me away with an affordable full dinner plan for our small wedding. The team was so great, patient and professional with our questions and menue requests. Our guests still say how good the food food was and there was so much to choose from. Fantastic, reliable, communicative and talented company that should be everyone’s go to. Staff is hard working, flexible, and able to work under pressure. We hosted a large event, and when things did not go as planned, Blazing Kitchen (owner and team) were able to pivot and execute accordingly. I am so happy we decided to go with BK to cater our event, as I am not sure another catering company would have been able to adjust and keep up with last minute changes - they were the lighthouse in a storm!
