I had Quinn do a color correction, which she told me was permanent, though there would be some fade. The color was gone in just 2 wks. Now fading and disappearing are two different things. The color disappeared and when I returned to discuss this w/ Quinn she was rude and arrogant, and clearly could care less. She even refused to give me a receipt, saying she doesn't give receipts.
