Contacted several times to cancel my subscription. No response and charged my card again.
Tried using the self doggy wash that they offer and it didn't accept card. The water pressure was lacking in general and half the soaps they offered didn't even work correctly.
Non of the credit card machines would work. In three bays. So I left.
We went through a car wash, and it broke and we called the number they had. The guy immediately answered and told us to drive to a different one and gave us a free service. The customer service was friendly and on top of everything. Will definitely visit this car wash again!!!
