Went to try the AYCE on Wednesdays, the seafood boil itself was delicious the seasoning was on point (make sure to get house sauce and BLAZIN spice for best flavors), the appetizers such as the chicken wings and the fried catfish dish were also spectacular. Food was great overall. Now towards the restaurant itself was very clean, and I'll say that the customer service was excellent. Waitor was very helpful and had a nice attitude. We experienced excellent customer service with the staff as we didn’t have to track them down for anything we needed. The food was the right amount of spice, heat and flavoring. The reviews for this place didn’t disappoint. The music was nice and a good variety. My son and I were able to watch the football game and enjoys good seafood boil! We will definitely be back for more!

Blazin' Cajun Restaurant was a fantastic dining experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and packed with delicious Cajun seasoning. The portions were generous, and everything we tried was satisfying and well prepared. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Definitely a 5-star spot in Stockton—I’d happily come back again!
