Blayne trains both of my sons. His training is age appropriate and perfectly tailored to their needs. His services are an enhancement to their craft as athletes in different sports.. He works on speed, strength and agility. He has a no nonsense but caring approach that helps to build character in young men. They know he means business but hat he also cares. They have made commended progress with his guidance. I would like to fit time in my schedule to have Blayne help me address my fitness goals. 100% recommended.
