Placed an order for almost $100. Found out after the fact that they charged a 10% gratuity. For what?? The website gives you the option to leave a tip and it doesn’t matter if you don’t give one or not. They snuck it in there with the items on the order as an added charge. All you did was cook the food and hand it out a friggin window. And it wasn’t even ready when we got there. Placed the order 15 minutes prior around 7:05 and now it’s 7:36P.M. and still no food. Worst wings we have ever had.. Called in an order 10 lemon pepper extra wet, 10 hot honey mustard, all flats, fried mushrooms and chili cheese fries. Get home, and we had 10 honey BBQ, very over cooked, not all flats and 10 lemon pepper very dry and over cooked and not all flats. Mushrooms were OK and chili cheese fries dry.. called and she wanted us to bring back her mistake or we couldn't get a refund. We live 14 miles away. Oh they gave us a credit for paying for the all flats!! 44.00$ and have no food for dinner,

After moving back to Oglethorpe I gave blazers a shot. It hasnt been anything like it was YEARS ago. I thought maybe it would get better but only worse. Today my child asked for hotdogs and fries from blazers so I ordered. Upon receiving the food the hot dogs were burnt. & the fries were brown hard and stiff as if they've been recooked. Plus no warmth to the food at all. Again, this isn't our first rodeo. But certainly the last. What kid would eat this? Not mine!
