My experience was overall very pleasant, the staff was very kind and prompt and knew exactly what to do. When the doctor came in he explained to me thoroughly what was going on,where I could understand and the reason behind what he was going to do(that was huge to me)., when they were cleaning my teeth they were very gentle, I've been to places where I've just been in a lot of pain and bleeding. After caring wonderfully for me and my teeth for 13 years, Dr. Blazer retired and sold the practice in 2020. On my first visit with the new practice they said I needed two crowns and two fillings. (I had last had a check three months before, so this was a surprise). I was concerned enough that I got a referral and second opinion. The new dentist took the time to explain to me why I absolutely don't need crowns. I'm sad about Dr. Blazer's retirement, but also appreciate the wonderful care and trust I had in her for so long.
I have been going to see Hera and her staff since the 90s. I would trust no one else with my teeth. They are kind, professional, caring, and always can fit me in if there is an issue. The office is nicely updated, clean and they have a toy chest for the kids!
My wife has been coming to Dr. Blazer since she was a kid. I've been going for the last 2 years and have nothing but great things to say. The entire staff is wonderful and really appreciate the great service all around.
