Horrible quality control, horrible customer service and horrible manufacturer warranty! In June 2025, I purchased a 2026 Blazer Bay 2440! Less than a year later, dry storage, and proper maintenance(not out first boat) it's covered in pink mold! And no it's not sunscreen! It's pink mold! I take the boat back to the place of purchase, show it to the Service Manager and he agrees it’s pink mold and clearly should be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty. MY Blazer Bay 2400 was sent back to the factory to fix the loose screws on the T-top. Initially I had some issues with response from customer service. But after a conversation with the owner two technicians were immediately put to work on my boat. Three hours later it was fixed. Obviously my conversation with the owner resolved the issue. On my way home now with my boat fixed.
Very disappointed in the quality control and delivery condition of our new 2026 Blazer Bay 2400 Pure Bay. The steering was rigged incorrectly from delivery, creating a serious safety issue where turning left made the boat go right. The boat also has multiple finish defects with missing clear/gloss coat areas, poorly functioning storage lid hardware, missing advertised equipment, and ongoing Garmin/electronics setup problems. Expected far better inspection and quality standards from a premium boat manufacturer.
